At Neutrino Group and its entities, expects all third parties – including suppliers, resellers, technology partners, consultants, and agents — to uphold the same ethical standards we apply to ourselves. This Code sets out the minimum standards all third parties must meet when working with or on behalf of Neutrino Group and its entities.
1. Who This Applies To
This Code applies to all third parties that have a business relationship with Neutrino Group and its entities, including:
- Neutrino Consulting FZE and its employees and
- Neutrino International FZE and its employees and
- Technology and cloud service
- Resellers, distributors, and
- Professional service providers and
- Suppliers and vendors.
2. Legal Compliance
All third parties must:
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
- Maintain all necessary licenses, permits, and registrations to conduct their business
- Not engage in any conduct that would expose Neutrino Group and its entities to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk
3. Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption
Third parties must not:
- Offer, give, receive, or solicit bribes or other improper payments in connection with any business involving Neutrino Group and its entities
- Make facilitation payments on behalf of Neutrino Group and its
- Engage in any corrupt practices when interacting with government officials, clients, or any other party in connection with Neutrino Group and its entities
4. Anti-Tax Evasion
Third parties must not facilitate, enable, or assist any person in evading tax obligations, whether directly or indirectly, in connection with services or transactions involving Neutrino Group and its entities.
5. Conflicts of Interest
Third parties must disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest to Neutrino Group and its entities prior to engagement and throughout the duration of the relationship. This includes relationships with competitors, government bodies, or other entities that may create a conflict.
6. Fair Business Practices
Third parties must:
- Compete fairly and not engage in anti-competitive behaviour, market manipulation, or collusion
- Represent their services, qualifications, and capabilities honestly
- Treat Neutrino Group and its entities and its clients with professionalism and respect
7. Confidentiality
Third parties must protect all confidential information shared by Neutrino Group and its entities and its clients. Such information must not be used beyond the scope of the agreed engagement or shared with unauthorized parties.
8. Human Rights & Labour
Third parties must:
- Respect the human rights of all individuals they employ or engage
- Not use forced, compulsory, or child labor in any form
- Provide safe, respectful working conditions
9. Data Protection
Where third parties process personal data in connection with Neutrino Group and its entities engagements, they must comply with applicable data protection laws and implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
10. Reporting & Cooperation
Third parties are expected to promptly report any suspected breach of this Code to Neutrino Group and its entities and to cooperate with any reasonable
investigation. Neutrino Group and its entities reserves the right to audit third party compliance with this Code where appropriate.
11. Consequences of Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with this Code may result in the suspension or termination of the business relationship with Neutrino Group and its entities and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
